Your squad.
Clear rules.
Campaign: Campus Pioneers 2026 · Rules version 1 · Published 1 November 2026.
One squad represents you.
You can represent one campaign group and use unlimited normal Yaara groups. Each competing squad needs three distinct signed-in accounts exclusively representing it. Guest names do not count. Refer other squads without joining them.
Starting and qualifying
Sign in with a verified email. An optional website reservation is claimed using the same verified email. Choose a group and tap “Represent this group”. Your first valid shared expense involving you activates your Pioneer pass.
A group qualifies with three active exclusive members and two non-voided shared expenses on separate Pakistan calendar days after campaign entry. Each of those three members must participate in at least one qualifying expense after their own assignment. At least two assigned members must share each qualifying bill. Server timestamps, not editable bill dates, determine campaign timing. Offline bills count after successful sync.
You may explicitly change a pending assignment before your group qualifies. Qualification locks assigned accounts for this campaign. Leaving or deleting a group does not free its accounts to score again. Genuine mistakes can be reviewed by support with affected credit recalculated.
A returning squad records an additional shared bill involving at least two assigned members 7–21 days after qualification, with at least three eligible active members. Record actual expenses; do not invent purchases for points.
Campus credit and referrals
Each group enters for one campus and one referrer. Its first authorized campaign entry uses the entrant's campus and referring member (or the entrant if no referrer). Review these before entering. Attribution locks at qualification. A twelve-person group earns one campus credit and one referral credit, not twelve. Campus ranking uses qualified squads, returning squads as tie-breaker, then earliest qualification and campus ID. Campus affiliation is self-declared.
Your path
Pioneer: represent a group and participate in a valid shared bill.
Squad Starter: two personally referred qualified groups.
Student Ambassador: five qualified groups including three returning, four weeks of participation, onboarding and contribution review.
Captain application: approved Ambassador, ten personally qualified groups including six returning, eight weeks total, mentorship of two approved Ambassadors, and twenty unique team qualified groups including twelve returning. Register mentorship with Yaara before team results are credited.
Campus Captain: selected after application, interview and leadership review. One Captain per campus serves a twelve-week term. Meeting numerical requirements is not an appointment. A Campus Lead certificate follows reviewed leadership service of at least four weeks.
Gifts and certificates
Digital recognition is available when earned. No physical gift is promised unless a funded slot is allocated to your account in the app, with item, cohort, pickup location and deadline. Rewards require review. Certificates describe actual volunteer contributions; they are not internships, employment or a promise of a job. Recommendations depend on observed contribution. No money, deposit, CNIC or public post is required to participate.
Your privacy and choice
Public-wall name display and future-wallet interest are separate, optional choices and can be changed in the app. Recruiters cannot view another group's members, balances or receipts through the campaign. Social sharing is optional and earns no points on its own. Wallets/cards are not currently available or guaranteed.
Fair play and support
Duplicate accounts, fabricated activity and repeated groups may cause campaign credit to be held for review. A shared phone or hostel network alone is not proof of fraud. Expense tracking continues while campaign credit is reviewed. Material rule changes apply prospectively; earned honest recognition is not removed just because activity slows. Confirmed abuse can cause awards or certificates to be revoked, with a reason and an appeal route.
